finally getting round to uploading my sarahs cards retreat lo's

claire's class, we got very sticky but i think it was worth it, i love the texture of the tissue paper and modge podge and will be doing that again and who'd of thought of making a flower with a zip

made with my october gottacraft kit, i love this lo, the skulls are brilliant

made with the left overs of lou's class, just love woodgrain paper

scraplifted nat's lo from one of the dt leaflets i'd taken with me, i think it's either the sept or oct kit i've used too. i'd been saving them up for the retreat LOL

nat's class, gorgeous papers and a stunning lo.

hot chocolate at the ptarmigan station up cairngorm, made with my raffle prize win :)

really didn't like this lo so i left it overnight, came back to it, added a few butterflies and a bit of bling and hey ho i love it now LOL

jen's class, the pp's were lush and she had us hand folding rosettes to go on!!!, sorry jen that's what the tim holtz die was made for hun LOL so i waited until i got home to add the final two rosettes on it LOL loved this class

another dt leaflet scraplift  this was my first lo of the weekend
made with websters pages western romance range, i cut out the horse and tree and have added glossy accents to the tree.

spot the deliberate mistake, it wasn't until i retrieved my lo from the sketch challenge table that i realised my spelling mistake, it's meant to be caught unawares LOL

vanessa's class using american crafts mr campy, loved the spraying and making the flower and the stamps we got in the class kit are really lush and will be used a lot!

made with the things we got for the lo make and take

no title on this one cos i can't remember the name of the waterfall and i really want to put that as the title, research is ongoing shall we say LOL
made with the leftovers from claire's class, love the tissue paper flowers, will do this again

i completely loved the papers we used in rachel's class (daily junque) and used the left overs to make a couple of lo's, this is us on the seaprobe atlantis under the water of the kyle of lochalsh

the water at part of the falls of dochart at killin

another of my daily junque left overs pages LOL this was my fave brekkie when we stayed at fort william LOL

lou's class using crate paper, loved all the handmade embellies in this one

rachel's class with my fave papers of the retreat, daily junque by pink paislee, really loved this class, the envelope opens to reveal my journalling.

hope you like all the lo's, there is another one but i can't find it, think i must have put it back in it's page kit and i've put them all away LOL guess i'll be digging through my many kits to find it LOL

a rather lovely holiday

was had at the strathyre forest site near callendar, the lodge was surprisingly lovely for the amount of money we paid and the beds were very comfortable, the hot tub was lovely too and came complete with it's own rubber duckie LOL the weather wasn't too bad either considering it was november although we had to drive up in really bad fog on the monday :( managed to spend lots of money on silly things like new handbags and purses and got to see the b&b we will be staying in on the way up to skye in june :) took loads of photos as usual so that should keep me going over the winter LOL off to make some xmas cards now :)
hamish the pet highland cow, we loved feeding him vegetables

21 lo's

that's how many lo's i managed at the sarahs cards retreat this weekend, it was a fabulous retreat, the classes were gorgeous. the kits were packed and the goody bag was excellent, had to have a wee looksie at the shop as well of course :) took me about 3 hours to get home which is really good, it was a nice drive apart from when the fog came down near penrith but it was soon away again, the sunset over morcambe bay and the lake district mountains was stunning, wish i'd had my camera :) my table buddies were so much fun and we laughed like drains all weekend LOL roll on march 2012 :)
